At KC Custom Hardwoods we design and build custom tables. As a Sales & Design Assistant at KC Custom Hardwoods, you will be responsible for working directly with our clients & sales team to design and build custom projects.

You will be expected to practice a consultative design approach and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the customer life cycle.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

-Using Sketchup to draw 3D models of custom furniture

-Transferring information from our CRM into a Spec Sheet

-Tracking projects in our project management software

-Tracking all customer conversations in our CRM

-Working directly with the project management team to ensure a successful customer experience

This is a full-time position located in our showroom location with travel to our warehouse anticipated on a weekly basis.

Previous design experience is a plus, but not required.

This is an entry level position and pay is negotiable based on experience.
